This class offers expectant moms the information needed to establish successful breastfeeding. As a Lactation Consultant/RN I will discuss the physiology of lactation, preparation and the many benefits of breastfeeding for both mom and baby. Moms will also learn how to identify correct latch-on and positioning techniques which will facilitate an enjoyable breastfeeding experience. Learning these essentials can help get you and your baby off to the right start. Dads-to-Be are always welcomed. Please bring a baby doll or stuffed animal.

Come join this group, talk with other moms and share concerns, interests and get advice on how to survive this new juggling act especially when going back to work. Mom and Baby will also get an introduction to Gymboree play group.
